Electric

Currently, one one of our panels is protected from surges -- the newest one that feeds the school. We need surge protectors on the sanctuary, too, at least to prevent the lights from getting fried.

Grease Trap

Currently, the grease trap is rarely used. We've asked Seminole Septic to come only 2 or 3 times a year (even though the health department probably requires more) since there is nothing in it. It was designed to vent directly into the kitchen which explains why we've always had smells in there. We need to figure out if we even need a grease trap, and if we'd be allowed to remove it.

Shed

Shed keys are in the key box in the copier room.

Lights

  • The breezeway lights near the sanctuary are on a switch timer. The model is an Intermatic ST01/ST01K/EI600.
  • The breezeway lights near the preschool are on an old spinning timer in the breaker room by the fellowship hall.
  • Most of the fluorescent tubes around are T8, 48", 4100K color. Home Depot has them here.
