Good Shepherd is in the process of registering as a 501c3. The directions to use the ELCA's umbrella status are here. In fact, we've done this before and the letter is available below.

Google uses TechSoup to verifying 501c3 status, so hopefully we'll also be approved to use the TechSoup website when this is done.
